I’ve pushed and fought for you. waited to see if you’d change your mind. but the time has come to let you go I can’t keep pushing this way its ripping me apart I got pretty damn far just to be shut down. I’ve been bruised and torn

I know you’ve been hurt, in the past. Left holding nothing, after promised so much. Your heart was crippled time after time. Creating thick walls, not easily broken. I took on the job, to crack it wide open.
Digging through stones of trust, bumps, and quirks- gained passage bit by bit, walking blindly into some. Through the wall I might have stumbled- Maybe even fallen, but it hasn’t stopped me. Not until now. I’ve come to a boulder, one that won’t budge. It’s something I can’t understand. Have I gotten to close,
